About Billy and Jack
Good food
Their love of cooking and eating good food is why the boys get up in the morning, why they entered MasterChef and why they teamed up as a duo. Billy and Jack believe food should be always be good; whether that’s a sandwich at your desk or a six course tasting menu.
The boys use sustainable, seasonal ingredients that don't damage the environment or cause unnecessary suffering to the animals we eat. They encourage their followers to cook recipes using local and sustainable ingredients, reduce food waste, and work with trusted and responsible suppliers.
Good times
Billy and Jack think that the best food goes hand-in-hand with the best experiences. If you love food, you can't have one without the other! At their Dinner Club they serve high-end food in a super relaxed environment, where everyone is welcome and encouraged to kick back and have fun. From food demos to cookery lessons and beyond, the boys love meeting new people and talking food!

A bit more about the boys
Jack on Billy
What are Billy's best quality(s)?
He's a fighter - and has the scars to prove it! A madly creative and generous cook who regularly stuns me with his creations. He’s also a great mate.
Whats his best dish?
Difficult one, but I'd say his Piggy Pie is up there with one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. He also makes properly good sauces - his gravy is unbelievable.
Tell us something we don’t know...
Before he cooked Billy was a very good cricketer, which is funny because you'd think he'd be a safer pair of hands when it comes to eggs!
Billy on Jack
What’s Jack like to work with?
Jack’s an absolute trooper, a great leader during service - definitely the head chef, who also doubles up as a social media and photography whizz kid.
What’s his best dish?
Hmm.. a toss up between the legendary Coriander Cheesecake he cooked on MasterChef or his posh “Cheesy Chips”. Both delicious and original but I’ll punt for the former…it really is good!
Tell us something we don’t know...
Jack does love his country and folk music and has been to the Fairport’s Cropredy Convention Festival for the last 15 years on the trot…Cowboy boots and all!
